Never Update

I actually forgot to post on here to let you all know that today's comic is up. I actually think I'm going to have to slow down the updates of this comic for a little bit. My school work is really being neglected and life is crazy. Anyway, I will definitely update at least once a week, and I'm considering trying to update Hallhogs again once a week.

As always, Wednesday is going to be a busy day and so I won't get a chance to post the comic in the morning. Therefore, for your viewing pleasure, tomorrows comic is available now.

NaNoWriMo is coming up soon. I would love to attempt to write a new book, but taking into account that I can barely get my homework and comics done as it is, that might be a bad idea. I may attempt to do a full rewrite of my book in a month. It's almost there, but the plot is droopy and some of the characters just never reach their potential. Well, I have till the 1st to decide if I'm going to do either.

Aalex is finally in his new clothes. My goodness it's taking them a long time to change. I'm having a lot of fun with this inking, but it really takes me along time. Especially since I decided to make Aalex's jacket thing so dark. Anyway, enjoy and don't forget to vote to see today's incentive.

New comic up. I actually ended up redrawing this entire comic today because I really didn't like the way the original looked. Roald was looking in the wrong direction, the red dress girl was stiff and boring. So this entire comic was done today. From start to finish it took me about 5 hours. Not bad for someone who used to take upwards to 5 hours just to colour the dang things.

You may have noticed that I've added advertising. I actually told myself I would never ad advertising to my site, because I hate it. But then I found project wonderful which actually allows other comic artists to advertise on each others sites for cheap. It's actually a great way to find comics that you may not have found otherwise. Maybe it's how you found this comic. Of course I invite people to bid on the ad space, since I'd like to start advertising myself again, but I can't do that until I earn something back. I wont beg, but if you give me money, I will draw one of the characters bathing. I promise!

Comic Update

Yeah, the new comic is up early. I won't have time to put it up in the morning, so It's up now. You may have noticed a couple of new buttons on the page. I have added a donate button through paypal in case someone goes insane and decides they absolutely need to give away their money. Any money would be appreciated of course and will all be directed back into the comic. Especially since I now have a bigger hosting bill every month since I up'd my bandwidth limit.
I also added a vote button for The Webcomic List. Please vote. It's easy to do and it's a great way to help out the site.

Comic Update

New comic today.

So I tried to play WoW last night for the first time in ages, and my computer froze on me. When even the inanimate objects in the house are telling me not to play, it might be time to listen. Besides, I have a comic to maintain and school work to ignore.

Well, I got the comic done early for tomorrow so I decided to do a bit of Fanart. This is Raine, the main character in several books by Lisa Shearin, including her most recent, The Trouble with Demons. These are some great fantasy stories. Fun and sexy and full of intrigue. Lisa also has a great blog for aspiring writers and people just curious about the process of creating a book. Check it out.

Possible Website Troubles

Well, my webhost is telling me that I've exceeded my traffic limit for the month. I've upgraded my account, but there might be troubles for a while. Hopefully it's not too bad. I can still access the site, but that might just be because it's from my IP address. Anyway, thought I should let people know that the site is down because its actually kind of (but not really) popular right now. That is all. Thanks for being patient!

Sniff sniff. Good bye old dress. You have done well and you will be missed. At least by me. I won't be missing the fishnet stockings and gloves though. That kind of thing can be too easily forgotten.

Comic Update

FIFTIETH COMIC!!
Yup, Never has reached the big 5-0. And to celebrate, I've changed the inking style ever so slightly. Have I ever mentioned that I'm terrible at inking? It used to be very painful for me. If you notice, the first 25 strips or so aren't actually inked, they are just coloured over pencil drawings.
The new darker inking style is really me attempting to create something that looks more like the old newspaper strips. Do you remember the old Superman daily comic strip? No? Me either. But I got a book of a large collection of just those comics fairly recently. It's what inspired me to start this strip and why I chose daily (kinda) strip format rather than the more common comic book size.
Now you know. Hope you enjoy reading the comic as much as I enjoy creating it. Here's to 50 more!
